With a dynamic sound spanning pop-punk to dance, Australian sister duo The Veronicas rose to superstardom in the mid-2010s. Brisbane-born identical twins Lisa and Jessica Origliasso began crafting songs at 14, securing a production deal by 19. Their name, inspired by a scene in the 1989 cult film Heathers, gained prominence with the 2005 debut album "The Secret Life Of…," featuring the No. 2 hit "4ever." Despite disputes with Warner Bros., they secured chart-toppers with the self-titled third album (2014) and the dance-pop hit "In My Blood" (2016).
