His team has quietly booked thousands of artists - from Coldplay to Andrea Bocelli to The Killers at events across the globe. Jay’s approach is both meticulous and creative: part producer, part connector, always focused on the experience. When he’s not scouting new acts or shaping the next big show, he’s helping to produce comedy specials now streaming on major platforms.
Angela leads JSP’s creative strategy and brand evolution with equal parts structure and imagination. A connector by nature, she bridges the gap between executive vision and everyday execution - turning ideas into action with clarity and purpose. She helps guide both the internal culture and the client experience, ensuring every partnership feels personal, aligned, and intentional. With a background spanning creative direction, brand development, and business operations, Angela’s focus is simple: build systems that empower people to do the parts of their job they love to do, connect the right talent to the right moments, and make every collaboration thoughtful through structure, empathy, and a genuine love of the work.
As Director of Business Operations & HR, Jordan is the calm at the center of the JSP storm, keeping every system, process, and person moving in sync. As the Director of Events at Jay Siegan Presents, Sarah Aldinger brings seasoned leadership to the design and execution of standout entertainment and experiential productions. With 25 years of industry experience and a strong background in social science and philanthropy, she brings deep expertise in talent management, client relations, creative development, leadership, and event production—combining a detail-oriented approach with a focus on meaningful impact. Sarah is known for her visionary thinking, creative and operational excellence, and ability to guide teams and clients through seamless, transformative event experiences.
Scott brings a steadying and direct leadership style to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Jay Siegan Presents. Before joining JSP, he worked in acquisitions at Towbes Capital Partners, where he developed a sharp analytical lens and a deep understanding of complex financial structures. Scott is the kind of partner who keeps the organization grounded—clear, calm, and focused on what truly matters. He brings both strategic vision and operational discipline to JSP’s growth, ensuring that creativity and financial responsibility move in lockstep. Nils is the behind-the-scenes force who ensures every artist has exactly what they need for a seamless performance. With years of experience in live event production, touring, and technical operations, he brings a calm, solutions-driven presence to even the most complex show days. Nils speaks the language of both artists and engineers, translating creative vision into technical reality with precision and ease. Whether advancing a headline act or troubleshooting a last-minute challenge onsite, he brings steady leadership, deep expertise, and a genuine care for the people he supports. Tessa serves as Business Operations Coordinator, bringing together her experience in law, music, and entrepreneurship to support and strengthen the Operations team. She handles everything from contract preparation to talent bookings with precision and care, ensuring a process that’s clear, efficient, and seamless for both clients and talent. And when she’s not helping keep operations running smoothly, you can usually find her behind the decks - DJing for high-profile brands, corporate events, and premiere parties.
Brenna brings more than a decade of experience producing high-profile live events featured in Vogue, Rolling Stone, GQ, and Billboard. Before joining JSP, she spent five years at New York’s legendary Electric Lady Studios, the creative home of Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, and countless modern icons. There she coordinated sessions and events for artists, including Yoko Ono, Vampire Weekend, and St. Vincent. She later worked alongside Questlove, co-producing his Game Nights in Los Angeles and New York with partners like Hasbro, Red Bull, and The New York Times. At JSP, Brenna bridges the creative and production worlds, managing projects from ideation to on-site execution with humor, precision, and a deep respect for both artists and audiences. Her approach is equal parts creative instinct and logistical finesse…always focused on crafting experiences that resonate long after the lights go down.
Lisa brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and genuine enthusiasm to the world of music licensing and clearance. With a background spanning artist management, talent booking, label project management, and copyright administration, she’s worked closely with high-profile and emerging artists, managers, attorneys, and creatives across every corner of the music business. She’s endlessly energized by artist development, relationship-building, perfect metadata, and the quiet thrill of solving a problem no one else has cracked yet. Lisa is also the person you want when you’re stuck on that last 2.3% of a composition, she’ll research it, negotiate it, spreadsheet it, and clear it with a smile. And when she’s not deep in agreements or decoding rights ownership, you’ll likely find her diving into quantum physics, analyzing a criminal profiling case, or happily working her way through a pile of candy.
