Robert Plant, also known as the English singer and songwriter and lead singer and lyricist for the English rock band Led Zeppelin, is one of the most famous individuals in the world in the music community. He would be born in 1948 in England, growing up with several influences and an interest in rock'n'roll from an early age. He wanted to be Elvis Presley when he was a young kid, and eventually, through his efforts as part of Led Zeppelin, he would achieve this.
He would begin his career in radio in 2000, when he was only 16 years old and he would begin specializing in garage and jungle, performing on Freek FM. He would be approached by BBC very early on, and he would continue his radio career with the platform. In 2006, he would also create and star in the children sitcom, The Crust. He would star as himself as well in the movie, Friday Download: the Movie. As a DJ, he has also been a member of the Rebellious musiccollective, and he has played at numerous venues. He even opened for Kanye West at the London Astoria.
In other news, he has been a part of radio for quite some time, and he would ultimately leave BBC after 18 years of cooperation in 2020, but he would make his Heart debut on January 2nd of 2021, presenting his new show from 12:00 o'clock until 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon. He also hosts an evening show on Heart radio from 7:00 o'clock until 10:00 o'clock at night, and this goes from Monday to Thursday. In television, he has also been a part of numerous reality TV shows, making himself a notable figure in the world of British TV.
