Alpine Wedding Dream Come True

West Shore Café at Homewood Resort, Lake Tahoe, CA

The Brief

Katy and Kelly envisioned an alpine wedding that was equal parts breathtaking and personal - a mountaintop ceremony, lakeside cocktails, and a lively reception by the water, all wrapped in shades of blue and white.

The feeling

The day began high in the mountains, where the couple’s beloved four-legged friend led the processional to an acoustic rendition of Can’t Help Falling in Love performed by Clay Bell. As vows were exchanged under wide-open skies, the music felt as intimate as the view was grand. Guests then made their way pier-side for cocktails accompanied by the soulful sounds of Eli Nelson before gathering indoors for dinner and dancing with the award-winning band Notorious. It was a seamless flow from mountaintop magic to lakeside celebration - a day filled with love, laughter, and music that reflected Katy and Kelly perfectly.

Please note: We are about curating, securing, and booking the right talent for your event. There are some things we don’t do. If you are looking for celebrity ‘cameos’ or shout-outs, this is not the place for that. No fan inquiries, please. We only work with the talent listed on opportunities in their regular fee ranges. Other requests will be politely disregarded.

Please note most headline / big name artists are 100K and above. Most of the dance bands for weddings are in the 10k - 20k range. We do require a range for us to explore this with you. Thank you.
