Under the alias HEDS, he crafted house music, leaving an enduring impact. In 2011, "Possum" marked his radio debut, signing with Future Classic. His self-titled 2012 album, produced on a budget laptop during a London trip, earned acclaim. Charting near One Direction, Flume's influence soared, remixing tracks for Lorde, Sam Smith, Arcade Fire, and Disclosure. A Grammy winner in 2017, his 2019 mixtape, "Hi This Is Flume," garnered acclaim.
