Pang has amassed a significant career as a public speaking coach as well as a communication expert. After his graduation from college, he would become the president of the Federal Toastmaster Club of Boston. Following this venture, he would also become a speaker coach for Ted talks, helping individuals perform their ideas in under 18 minutes and become professional and coherent in the way that they communicate their ideas. He would also have the honor of becoming a professional public speaking and communication coach for the Harvard Business School, where he helped doctoral students sharpen their communication skills over the course of their doctoral studies.
Currently, he is a keynote speaker with his organization, and he focuses on being able to talk about communication, public speaking, and the ways in which individual leaders can develop their own skills for future usage in their communication and their companies.
